ABOUT THE APPLICATION: PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING!
*Please keep in mind all items must be made by hand to be considered.
We are dedicated to keeping similar vendors to a minimum.

Please refrain from emailing us about the status of an application. You should receive an automated confirmation email after successfully submitting your application. Applications will be reviewed once every couple weeks and you will receive a response when we have reviewed your application. The likelihood of being accepted to participate is higher the earlier that you apply.

You must provide direct links to your website and/or business facebook and instagram accounts with current photos of your products that you will be selling at the markets, OR email at least 3 photos of your products and a photo of your booth set-up if possible to heartandhomemktplace@gmail.com. If these are not provided we will be unable to process your application! NOTE: When emailing photos, please include in the subject of your email the business and personal names you supplied on your application.

Vendors are required to furnish its own rented space. Rates vary for each venue. Each Vendor will need to provide its own 10x10 tent (if outdoors), tables, table coverings, chairs and other necessary equipment for your display, and will be responsible for the setup and takedown of same. Tents must be weighted down. Table rental is available depending on location. Tables and chairs are provided at the Home for the Holiday's market ONLY.

Indemnification & Hold Harmless Agreement
*All Heart & Home Marketplace LLC vendors must complete and sign this form.

REQUIREMENTS
•Vendor agrees that they will properly staff their display during event hours by competent personnel over the age of 16 and otherwise legally permitted to conduct such work.
•All vendors are required at their own expense to comply with Federal, State, and Local law pertaining to permits, licenses, taxation, and any other relevant regulations which are required for the operation of its trade or business.
•Vendor agrees to collect and pay all required taxes and sales taxes.
•All vendors are responsible for obtaining general liability insurance. The Vendor is responsible for insuring its exhibit, personnel, display, and materials from any damage or loss through theft, accident, or other cause.
•Vendor further accepts all risks associated with the use of the vendor space and weather.
•Vendors are encouraged to carry their own personal and product liability insurance policy for protection in the event of a lawsuit. The market liability policy only covers Heart and Home Marketplace LLC, not the vendor.
•Our market accepts certain items which are grown and/or made by the vendor such as baked goods, preserves, cheese, honey etc. All processed foods must comply with all applicable guidelines, obtain all required inspections and licenses, and be appropriately labeled with product name, ingredients, net weight, price, vendors name and address.
•All prepared food vendors must have appropriate Health Department Certification. These permits must be displayed in public view during event hours. All prepared food processor/equipment/trailers must comply with the County Health Department regulations.

Heart & Home Marketplace LLC event is authorizing the undersigned to vend at the Heart & Home Marketplace LLC. The undersigned and its booth/vendor representatives and/or team, does hereby agree to indemnify and hold forever harmless the Heart & Home Marketplace LLC and the venues, and it's event staff for any claim or bodily injury to any person whomsoever, occurring in or upon the space reserved for all activities of the Heart & Home Marketplace LLC, including costs and reasonable attorney fees.
Participant(s) agrees to assume all risks and releases the Heart & Home Marketplace LLC, its event staff, sponsors and volunteers from any and all liabilities from any and all claims for injuries, damage or loss, including, but not limited to, loss or damage of vendors’ property in the care, custody, or control of the vendor. In addition, Heart & Home Marketplace LLC and staff are not responsible for any broken, lost, or stolen items as a result of leaving your booth unattended and/or overnight. The booth/vendor representative and/or team assumes complete responsibility and risk by leaving their property unattended.
The undersigned agrees to abide by all rules and regulations and waives all claims against Heart & Home Marketplace LLC or its agents for loss, injury or damage. ALL decisions of the committee are final.
This form must be signed and returned before entry to the Heart & Home Marketplace LLC.
