Semester 2 Course Change Request Form
Please fill out the information below in order to request a change in classes. Please enter only one class per question. Course change requests will be granted based on availability. Seventh choice class requests will be considered during the first week of the semester beginning on Jan 22. Requests for changes of teacher, order of classes, or requests that do not involve changing from one course to another will not be honored.

This form can be used to change between honors and standard courses.

An email will be sent when a decision about your request has been made. You will then be instructed to view Skyward for an updated schedule.
