The following terms and conditions are established to assist the Client in arranging the event. These terms and conditions are intended to ensure the highest level of quality in the Client’s food.
Deposits and Bookings
Billing arrangements for all events must be made in accordance with the policies set out below, unless otherwise negotiated. Confirmation of your order will not be received until we have receipt of your payment. Please refer to our payment section for information on how to submit a deposit or full payment.
Payments and Invoices
Card or check will be accepted. An invoice will be generated and emailed to you upon receipt of this form. It will include the sales tax. All grazing tables need to be placed a minimum of 10 days before your event.
Cancellations and Refunds
This agreement may be terminated at any time by either Party. Grazing Table orders may be issued a full refund of deposit if cancelled more than ten (10) days prior to order date. Grazing Table orders cancelled less than ten (10) days will forfeit 20% of the deposit. Please refer to our Deposit Policy for additional information.
We reserve the right to cancel orders and not issue a refund if we have not received a payment in full upon day of scheduled service. Completed orders will not receive a refund. For questions on our completed services or charges, please contact our team directly
Return Policy- Returns are not accepted.
Customizations and Allergies
All orders are pre-selected. Products included in orders may vary depending on season and market availability. Orders are prepared in an area where WHEAT, SOY, SESAME, EGGS, MILK, PEANUTS, AND TREE NUTS ARE PRESENT. Please notify us of any allergies prior to your order. We will accommodate all dietary restrictions but cannot guarantee a 100% allergen free environment.
Food Safety
Please enjoy your order within 2 hours, or store in the fridge until later that day. After this 2-hour (unrefrigerated) period, food must be discarded. Our boxes, cups and grazing tables have been prepared and planned in a permitted kitchen and all food standards have been adhered to. Once this delicious box or board has been delivered, it is the customers responsibility to maintain these standards.
Unused Food
Due to the extended room temperatures and holding conditions that each event may present; we do not recommend keeping leftover food. Should the Client retain any leftover food; the Client must agree to assume full responsibility for proper refrigeration and storage of the food. By agreeing to this contract, the Client waives all liabilities from E. Silver Charcuterie LLC for any leftover foods retained by the Client.

Delivery & Pick-Up
Please contact us to coordinate alternative delivery methods for your order if the original scheduled delivery or pickup time cannot be met. Please refer to our cancellation policy if an alternative delivery or pickup time cannot be met.
