As we prepare for the 2026 Beauty Inclusion Council, we would love to hear your feedback first. Your perspective will help us continue improving the council experience and ensuring it provides value for both your business and Red Aspen overall!
After providing your feedback, please review and think about who you would like to nominate to serve on the 2026 Beauty Inclusion Council from your team. We would love if you can provide at least 3 candidates from your team by October 29th, 2025. What to Expect:
Committee members are eligible if they are ABD+, or have received an invitation from Red Aspen Corporate
Represent and speak well of the company in public forums in addition to be within ‘good standing’ with our compliance team
Committee members must not sell or represent any other press-on nail company and sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement
Members may be able to serve unlimited terms but will still be required to reapply each year
Members will be asked to provide feedback in multiple areas including (but not limited to) beauty inclusion, leadership development, sales tools, inclusive marketing, and more
Quarterly Online Meetings (TBD)
Ideal Candidate:
- They must be contribute to their NBD/Director teams
ABD+ (If they are not an ABD, but you feel they would be a stellar candidate, still nominate them for potential invites).
Be or represent different identities, backgrounds, etc.
Be passionate about their business and RA
Have an open mind and be able to remain confidential about discussions
Can contribute to discussions thinking of the greater good, not just personal opinions
