I understand that the food truck vendor fee for participation on all four (4) days is $1,500.
This fee covers one food truck space and is required to secure a spot once approved.

** Vendor fees are non-refundable, including in cases of cancellation, weather, equipment failure, or inability to attend.

** At this time, food truck participation is available for all four days only.

** Failure to submit payment by the stated deadline may result in forfeiture of the approved space.

Due date will be provided after approved application.

To help keep the event clean, food vendors are required to provide their own trash can(s) and are responsible for maintaining and disposing of their trash.

We kindly ask all food vendors to keep their space clean and tidy during and after the event. Thank you for helping us maintain a great environment for everyone.

1. Approval & Acceptance

Lansing Fiesta LLC reserves the right to approve or deny any food truck application at its sole discretion. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

2. Fees & Payment

Vendor fees must be paid in full to secure space. Spaces are not confirmed until payment is received. All fees are non-refundable once a vendor is approved, regardless of weather, attendance, or vendor withdrawal.

3. Compliance & Permits

Vendors are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required licenses, permits, inspections, and approvals from local, county, and state authorities. Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.

4. Insurance & Liability

Vendors operate at their own risk. Lansing Fiesta LLC, its organizers, officers, volunteers, sponsors, and partners shall not be held liable for injury, loss, theft, or damage to persons or property.

5. Indemnification

Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Lansing Fiesta LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the vendor’s participation, including food safety issues, accidents, or regulatory violations.

6. Menu & Exclusivity

Lansing Fiesta LLC does not guarantee menu exclusivity. The event reserves the right to limit similar food offerings to ensure variety.

7. Operations & Conduct

Vendors must operate within assigned space only and comply with all event rules, health regulations, fire safety requirements, and noise limitations (including generators). Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.

8. Weather & Uncontrollable circumstances

Lansing Fiesta LLC is not responsible for cancellations or disruptions due to weather, government orders, or circumstances beyond its control. No refunds will be issued under such conditions.

9. Setup, Arrival & Early Departure

Vendors must arrive and remain for the full event hours as assigned. Early departure without approval may result in exclusion from future events.

10. Damage to Property

Vendors are responsible for any damage caused to event property or venue grounds and agree to cover all associated repair costs. (We will have overnight security)

11. Right to Modify

Lansing Fiesta LLC reserves the right to modify event layout, hours, or vendor placement as necessary for safety or operations.

12. Termination

Lansing Fiesta LLC reserves the right to remove any vendor for non-compliance, unsafe practices, or disruptive behavior without refund.

By submitting this application, the vendor acknowledges they have read, understand, and agree to all terms and conditions set forth by Lansing Fiesta LLC.
