1. Authorization
I, the undersigned client, authorize Load and Go and its employees, contractors, and representatives (“Load and Go Junk”) to enter the property located at the above address for the purpose of removing unwanted items, debris, or other designated property as instructed by me.
2. Ownership & Disposal
I represent that I am the lawful owner of the property to be removed, or have obtained full authority from the owner, and grant Load and Go permission to remove and dispose of such property by donation, recycling, or disposal at the
Load and Go’s discretion.
3. Liability Waiver
I understand and agree that Load and Go will take reasonable care while performing services.
However, I acknowledge and accept that the
Load and Go shall not be held liable for any:
- Accidental scratches, scuffs, dents, or marks to walls, floors, doors, or other parts of the property that may occur during normal junk removal;
- Damage to landscaping, driveways, or other surfaces resulting from the movement or hauling of
heavy items;
- Pre-existing damage or wear and tear;
- Loss of any items not expressly designated for removal.
4. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Load and Go, its employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to the services provided.
5. Access & Safety
I agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property. I will notify Load and Go of any known hazards. Load and Go reserves the right to decline removal of items it deems unsafe, hazardous, or prohibited by law.
6. Acknowledgment
By signing below, I confirm that I have read and understand this waiver and authorization, and agree to the terms stated above.
