Please address ALL of the following Items below: 
Condition of stand, Condition of sign, number of stand keys, amount of tickets, if applies amount in bank bag, if applies number and condition of cones, number of pens, number of K-cups, how many BOK key cards are present at the end of your shift (if applicable)

**If a Gala, please also include: 
Amount of gas in Lexus, number of radios. Verify that miniature cars, reflectors, table signs, and table cloth were returned
Keys Turned In
If any keys were turned in, please include the last name on the key tag, CMM, who the keys were handed to, and where the vehicle is parked. 

Examples: 
  • HEMPEL, White Hyundai Sonata, keys were handed to the guest, vehicle is parked on the drive. 
  • MCELROY, Blue Cadillac SUV, keys were turned in to Mason the manager on duty, vehicle is parked on the east side of Boston directly across the street from Amelia's.
