Ghosh Technology – Support Terms & Conditions

1. Support requests will be addressed within 72 hours of form submission (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
2. Support services are available only for products purchased through Ghosh Technology.
3. The software must have a valid and active license at the time of requesting support.
4. Standard support hours are 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday). Urgent cases may be handled outside these hours at our discretion.
5. All support requests are handled on a queue basis, and response time may vary depending on workload.
6. Any available support executive from our team may contact you to provide assistance.
7. Customers who have not purchased from Ghosh Technology will be required to pay a minimum service charge to avail support.
