2023-2024 Children at Play Program (CAP) - Interest Form
The Children at Play (CAP) Program is a thematic play-based kindergarten extension program with units developed by our kindergarten teachers.  CAP provides families with an opportunity for their children to remain in their elementary school for a full day with certified teachers.

The program is supervised by the building principal and follows the district's standard operating procedures, including district calendar, arrival and dismissal times and policies.  The tuition for the 2023-2024 school year is $660 per month.

PLEASE COMPLETE AND SUBMIT THIS FORM IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN RECEIVING MORE INFORMATION ABOUT CAP AND A TUITION AGREEMENT TO SECURE A SPOT.  Each CAP class has a maximum of 22 students.  Spots will be secured on a first-come, first-served basis.  Do not wait until September to request entrance into the CAP program as enrollment balances are planned in July and August in our elementary schools.  As such, very limited requests to change can be accommodated.

Please note that a tuition agreement and first month's deposit of $660.00 is required to reserve a spot.
