LiRE Investment Club Mock Incubator Application
Introducing a mock incubator project where teams will develop and pitch a real estate investment strategy. This will culminate in a presentation to an investment committee made up of senior industry leaders, offering invaluable feedback and networking opportunities.

Teams of 3 will be grouped by LiRE, each with a nominated senior advisor.

This is a 6 month programme; the amount of time you spend on this is up to you. To get the most out of the it, we would recommend 1 hour per month with your team, in addition to the investment club meetings (as many as you can attend), plus any desk time to work on your strategy.
