We'll use Marshall Rosenberg's nonviolent Communication model, Kingian nonviolence principles (Martin Luther King), practical exercises and role-play to strengthen our ability to connect with ourselves, our values, each other and to connect with those we habitually think of as difficult, oppositional, etc.
