Thank you for your interest in becoming an affiliated member of Boys & Girls Clubs of Wales (BGC Wales).

This form helps us keep your club's information up to date and understand how we can support your club and the young people you work with.

The form should be completed by a member of the trustees or the person in charge of the club and will take a few minutes to complete.

Once you submit the form, we will check the information provided and confirm your affiliation once all the necessary steps, including payment, have been completed.

As part of the process, we may contact you if we need any further information or would like to arrange a visit to learn more about your club.
