Administrative Support (Submit event information to calendar, bulletin board sources, i.e. Charlotte Five)
Social Media Support (Use Canva, Create/Manage Editorial Calendar, Create Content, Post, & Engage)
eNewsletter Writer (Create/Deploy Two eNewsletters using MailChimp)
Speaker Coach (1 needed) (Guide & rehearse with the selected speakers)
Presentation Deck Cleaner (Review all speaker slides for 15 second auto-advance & image position)
Sponsorship Coordinator (Assist in securing and/or managing two to four sponsors)
Event Room Manager (3 needed) (Manage a virtual event room or when in-person a green room, & help w/load-in & load-out)
Registration & Venue Manager (Site visit, load-in & out, manage f&B, oversee onsite check-in)
Camera Operators (2 to 3 needed) (We supply cameras)
Audio Manager (Manage sound using venue provided mixer and available microphones)
5 Minute Talks Club Moderator on Clubhouse (multiple)
