Registration and payment must be submitted and paid five (5) business days before the first session of the club.
- Registration is on a “first-come, first-served” basis. There is a five (5) participant minimum for this club to run.
- We hope to accommodate all students registered, however there is a maximum enrollment size for each club; maximum enrollment is ten (10) participants.
- If the minimum number for enrollment is not met, a club may be cancelled. In this case, you may select an alternative club, or request a refund.
- The email address you provide through the website during registration is the address that will be used for communication related to the club.
- All clubs will appear on the student's SMART Tuition account. Payment can be made by check or by logging into SMART Tuition to make a custom payment. Financial communication will occur based on details provided in SMART Tuition.
- Once clubs have been finalized, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from the Athletic Director, Dani WIlliams.
- Questions related to club operations should be directed to Dani WIlliams, Athletic Director. Billing details should be directed to Melissa Rivera, Parent Accounts. 941.552.2770.
- All cancellations/refund requests must be received at least five (5) business days prior to the first session of the club.
