About Tracy Chang:

Tracy Chang is the chef-owner of PAGU restaurant, a Spanish-Japanese tapas restaurant in Cambridge, MA. She has been recognized as a 2024 James Beard Foundation Best Chef: Northeast semi-finalist, 2020 James Beard Foundation Best Chef: Northeast semi-finalist, 2020 Basque Culinary World Prize finalist, and PAGU is a 2023 James Beard Foundation Outstanding Restaurant semi-finalist. Tracy is also a co-founder of food insecurity nonprofits Off Their Plate and Project Restore Us, and she has lectured at prestigious institutions such as Harvard University, MIT and the Culinary Institute of America, Napa.

About Gabriella Ranelli:

Gabriella Ranelli is the founder of Tenedor Tours, a San Sebastian-based travel company specializing in food and wine. With over 30 years of experience, Gabriella has become an expert in Spanish cuisine and has been featured in media outlets such as The New York Times, The Guardian, and Condé Nast Traveler. She has also been named one of the Top 10 culinary guides in the world by The Wall Street Journal.
