Please Note: Completing an application does not guarantee a seat in our program. Once your application has been submitted, we will contact you to schedule an audition.

If you are accepted and enrolled into the program, you are agreeing to the following:

We are committed to providing a safe, creative, and supportive environment where students can explore and grow through the arts. Our after-school program is completely free of charge and is designed to enrich each child's artistic abilities, social development, and overall well-being—delivered with the highest level of quality of arts education.

To continue offering the best experience possible, we ask for your family’s support in becoming an active partner with LSA. Your involvement helps ensure that our programming remains strong, consistent, and impactful for all participating students and families.

Family Requirements:

Attend Parent Mandatory Orientations
LSA Attendance & Being on Time Min 3 Unexcused Only
Parent Workshop a Min of (1) Per Year
Attend Mandatory Rehearsals/ Call Times, and Be on Time
Attendance at LSA Events or Fundraisers
Sign Up for Jobs & Call to Actions for LSA & LSA Productions
Buy Tickets, Promote and Sell Tickets for All LSA Productions
Comply with LSA Handbook Policies
Student’s Grades or Attendance Records Submitted on Time Each Quarter

Program Participation & Accountability The Lindsay School of the Arts (LSA) is proud to offer this free after-school program as a unique opportunity and privilege for our students. As a private, nonprofit organization, we are deeply committed to maintaining a safe, positive, and productive learning environment for all participants.

By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that continued enrollment is contingent upon meeting the expectations outlined. If these expectations are not met, a student may be placed on probation, and in some cases, may be removed from the program.

Please understand that LSA reserves the right to release any student from the program if the terms of this agreement are broken. We have many students waiting for the opportunity to be part of our programs, and we are committed to serving those who are ready to fully engage and benefit from this experience.
