Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at V4V 2026

Whilst this is not a car show, exhibits form an important part of creating the wonderful atmosphere of vintage nostalgia - One which we are sure you will enjoy

EXHIBITS :

You can drop your vehicle off on Friday 10th after 4pm if you wish.

All exhibitors must be on site by 9am on each event day.
The event opens at 10am on both Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th so no vehicle movement is allowed after this time.
Exhibits are free to leave after 7pm each evening.
Exhibits can be left overnight as the site is secure with 24 hr overnight security.

IMPORTANT

Drivers of each CAR / LORRY / BUS exhibit will receive *ONE FREE DAY TICKET (For The Driver) to the event for each day they attend.

Riders of each MOTORCYCLE exhibit will receive *ONE FREE DAY TICKET (For The Rider) to the event for each day they attend.

*Space and Capacity is at a premium so ANY additional entrance tickets for passengers will need to be purchased Pre event ready to be presented upon arrival.

CAMPING :

If you are planning to stay overnight or for the weekend, camping tickets can be purchased from the box office

Saturday 11th July - Open 10am - 9pm

Sunday 12th July - Open 10am - 7pm

Sunday 12th July from 7pm - 10pm
