Senior Parent Questionnaire - Class of 2018

Dear Parents of the Class of 2018:

Part of the college application process is the writing of personalized, informative, and helpful recommendations for our students to accompany their applications to college and other post-secondary endeavors. In order to write an informative and helpful recommendation for your sons and daughters, we are asking for your assistance. Please complete and return this questionnaire by October 13th, adding any information you think may be helpful. Discuss this with your son or daughter, encouraging them to add their points of view as well. We will also ask teachers for their insights and will interview the students for this purpose. We believe that working as a team on this task will provide a comprehensive overview of your son or daughter’s contributions to the school and community. Thank you for your time.
