To place an order fill out this form. Please be as detailed as possible, otherwise it's open to my interpretation. I have no problem with that!! I love to be creative!!

I price each custom individually, PM via FB messenger or email me at poppystitches@protonmail.com for pricing questions. If needed l will reach out to you to clarify details before invoicing. If you have multiple items, you may fill out separate forms or fit them all on one, up to you.

Invoices are due within 24 hours of invoicing. Shop Pay Installments are available.

Turn around time varies depending on fabric availability and number of orders before you. International Pre-ordered fabric typically takes 8-12 weeks to print and ship to me. American Milled/Printed fabric usually takes around 1-2 weeks to print and ship to me.

Sometimes it can take longer if there’s a printer error or shipping delays. Once in hand, I'll put your order on my cut list. This can take anywhere form 3-4 weeks or 12-18 weeks depending on which printer is used. I will do everything I can to get your order completed as soon as possible. Please do not order if you are uncomfortable with this timeframe.

Order updates will be in the pinned post on the Facebook Group VIP Page and the Pre-order tab on the website.

Before cutting I will pm or email you to confirm sizing, styles, etc. I can always make small changes to fit growth spurts and seasons. Thank you so much for shopping with Poppy Stitches!
