BTSD Electronic Pre-Registration Form- New to Kindergarten September 2020
Any student registering for kindergarten in September 2020 must be a Burlington Township resident and have reached age five (5) by October 1, 2020.

Families interested in registering students for kindergarten in September 2020 should complete this
PRE-REGISTRATION form. The form collects basic information about the child's date of birth, address, and contact information so that staff from our Central Registration Office can contact the family with directions about how to complete registration packets and submit required documentation for registration.  Please DO NOT submit packets or documents to Central Registration until you are contacted to do so.
