HAHR 2026 Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado 
DEADLINE TO APPLY: SEPTEMBER 14, 2026

We're looking for a variety of exciting and creative workshop offerings for our 2027 schedule. 
  • Hoop Workshops – beginner to advanced, single or multi-hoop, choreography, tech vs. flow focus
  • Other Flow Props – poi, staff(dragon, single, double), fans, levi-wand, rope dart, juggling, flowstar, etc.
  • Dance & Choreography – improv, fusion styles, stage presence, performance skills
  • Yoga & Movement Practices – vinyasa, restorative, acro, pilates, somatic movement, functional mobility
  • Mind/Body/Spirit – meditation, breathwork, mindfulness, tarot, astrology
  • Healing Modalities – crystals, essential oils, sound healing, reiki, energy work
  • Coaching & Personal Growth – leadership, teaching skills, creative entrepreneurship, branding, social media, self-confidence, community building
  • Wellness & Lifestyle – nutrition, morning routines, journaling, goal setting
  • Creative Expression – costuming, makeup, storytelling, stagecraft, photography/videography for performers
