Questionnaire on Disease Perception and Social behaviour for allergic rhinitis
This questionnaire is for evaluation of disease perception and social behaviour for allergic rhinitis in general population. Your confidentiality will be maintained throughout study. No confidential information (including personal identifiers) will be disclosed in any case by investigator. This questionnaire will take around 10-15 minutes for completion.

Background of the disease:
Allergic rhinitis (commonly referred as allergic cold) with very common symptoms such as sneezing, itching, nasal congestion and rhinorrhea often remains undiagnosed in many individuals in the world. According to World Health Organization (WHO), this affects 10-30% of world population. However, in India no such study of prevalence was conducted in particular to study allergic rhinitis. Unofficially, it was suggested by researchers that approximately, 20-30% of Indians suffer from at least one allergic disease.
