Non-Mandated Bus Transportation
The School District of Menomonee Falls will offer, at parent expense, transportation for those students not eligible for regular pupil transportation.

Please note the following guidelines:
1. All stops are existing stops for eligible riders. No bus routes will be changed and no new stops will be added. Stops may change from year to year, depending on where the eligible riders for each school live.
2. The fee for this service will be equal to the average cost per eligible regular pupil transportation rider.
3. Families with more than one student needing non-mandated transportation will pay the full cost for the first student and one-half the cost for each family member thereafter.
4. Requests will be considered in the order they are received.
5. If the District is required to add pupils to buses beyond the prescribed vehicle capacity, contracts granted under this policy will be revoked on a “last approved, first revoked” basis with an appropriate refund of fees to the parent or guardian of the affected pupil(s) until the prescribed capacity is reached.
6. This policy shall terminate automatically if the Wisconsin Statutes no longer authorize such transportation.
7. Fees must be paid in FULL, in advance of the date service is to begin. If the student moves and there is no longer a need for the service, refunds may be issued upon request.
8. Payment must be received in FULL. (Accepted-Cash/Check/Credit Card) -Please make check payable to School District of Menomonee Falls or if paying by credit card online visit our website under Parent –Fee Payment.
9. Once your application has been accepted with payment, you will receive notification via phone and/or email.
