Half Beef Cut Sheet
Important Things to Note: 

Please make sure to submit the form when you are finished. 

BE AWARE: If this cut sheet is not submitted prior to the harvest date, we cannot guarantee that you will receive your requested organs. PLEASE, let your grower know if you would like your organs so that they can be saved at the time of harvest.  

*This symbol will indicate our Butcher's suggestion throughout your cut sheet. You may always choose different cuts, but if you are unsure what to choose, look for the asterisk. 

Our standard specifications: 
Unless otherwise noted in the special instructions at the end of this form, this is how your cuts will be prepared: 
  • Steaks will be cut to 1"
  • Roasts will be cut to 3-4 lbs
  • Tenderloin Filets will be cut to 1 1/2"
  • Regular ground beef blend is approximately 85/15 to 80/20
  • All Additional sausage, snack sticks and jerky will incur additional charges.   
      • Patties- $1.99/lb
        Jerky- $16.99/lb
        Fresh Brats- $3.99/lb
        Fresh Brats w/ Additions- $5.49/lb
        Bulk Sausage- $1.99/lb
        Sausage Links- $4.99/lb
        Sausage Patties- $3.99/lb
        Meatsticks- $6.99/lb
        Paper Wrap Burger- $0.45/lb

  • Packaging:
                       All cuts will be paper wrapped unless specified 
                       All grind will be packaged in chubs
                       Roasts will be packaged one per package
                       All steaks will be packaged 2 per package
