We often go throughout our day speaking whatever comes to mind. And we often are so caught up in our own thoughts we aren’t listening to the person we are communicating with. This can lead to miscommunication and discord in relationships. Practicing mindful communication helps you learn to be truly present in the moment, listen without judgement, and choose your words wisely.
