SCI Woburn Student Mentoring Questionnaire
The SCI Woburn Student Mentoring Program is designed for students to get some extra guidance from adult role models who can help them achieve their life goals. Mentors will meet with students at Woburn Memorial High School twice per month for roughly an hour. Initial mentoring time options are Monday and Friday at noon. Additional time / day options may be added as the program develops. Please use the form below to indicate your availability and interests. Note: many of the students referred for this are learning English, so anyone who speaks Spanish or Portuguese especially needed...but there are opportunities for those without 2nd language skills too!
