ICT LITERACY AND COMPETENCY DEVELOPMENT BUREAU (ILCDBu)

The COVID-19 global pandemic has dramatically change the way things are done, not just in the Philippines, but also worldwide. The landscape by which people do things has changed and the internet has become the platform by which almost everything is done. Work is now done from home, and now, even TRAININGS are done online.

To continuously support the capacity building initiatives of the ICT Literacy and Competency Development Bureau of the  Department of Information and Communications Technology, we would like to inform our stakeholders that while the face-to-face mode of delivery of trainings are on hold due to the pandemic, we will be offering our regular courses and seminars via online until such time that we can go back to our face-to-face implementations.

For the interested participants, please fill out this Application / Registration Form to be shortlisted in the training/seminar applied for.  Registration is on a first come, first served basis.  For courses with qualifications requirements, interested participants should satisfy the said requirements first before they are admitted to the course. Qualification requirements are mentioned in letters of invitation or through postings at the FB page of the bureau or the DICT website.

For courses with training fees, payments should be made before the scheduled date of the seminar through  bank deposit using the Land Bank of the Philippines Account which will be sent to you via the Registrar's email (ilcdb.registrar@dict.gov.ph). Proof of Payment represented by the deposit slip should be scanned and email to the ilcdb.registrar@dict.gov.ph to confirm your registration/slot. Finally, the original deposit slip should be transmitted to the Registrar's office at DICT Bldg., C.P. Garcia Avenue, Diliman, Q.C. to be able to receive the link for the session.  "NO PHYSICAL DEPOSIT SLIP, NO LINK FOR THE COURSE!" REMINDER: Please do not pay any fee unless you receive final instructions from the Registrar's Office.

The State recognizes the vital role of information and communications technology in nation- building and its inherent obligation to ensure that personal information in information and communications systems in the government and in the private sector are secured and protected.

As such, information collected from this form shall be held in strict confidence and shall only be used solely for records keeping purposes.

Falsification of any of the given information will automatically bar applicant from any ILCDB Course.

Participants should attend 100% of the  session and submit necessary course completion requirements to receive a certificate.
