Mr. Charbon Lo is currently the Deputy Managing Partner at Beijing Xinghua Caplegend CPA Company Limited ("Beijing Xinghua"). Before joining Beijing Xinghua, he served as an audit partner at another international audit firm. He has over 18 years of experience in auditing, specializing in audits for small and medium-sized enterprises as well as companies listed in the Main Board and GEM Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. He has provided audit services to clients operating in regions such as China, Hong Kong, Japan, Macau, Brazil, and Russia, covering a wide range of industries, including real estate, catering, biopharmaceuticals, cosmetics, food manufacturing, sustainable forest management, gaming, and entertainment. Additionally, Mr. Lo has also been responsible for handling other projects, including IPO, due diligence and advisory services.
