Partner application form for „Nature-based education for youth” project
This form is requesting 2 types of information:
1) technical information from your PIF (participation identification form). Should we become partners this information will be added onto the Erasmus+ electronic form. By completing this form you do not need to send any additional documents (PIF or similar).
2) project related questions - from these answers we are going to select the organisations that are similar or complementary with ours and that are working with teenagers who could benefit from this project idea.

Please be patient and answer all the questions in a relevant way as this can be the beginning of a beautiful partnership.

If you apply to more than one of our projects, please personalise the information and do not copy all the information from one form to another.

This project is designed to empower the organizations through their youth workers (main target group). We are proposing 5 international activities. We recommend the organizations to get involved in all of them: 1) seminar of sharing good practices in nature-based education (including practices from forest kindergartens and green schools); 2) a laboratory where youth workers will design relevant nature-based educational programs; 3) a workshop where youth workers will identify what is the competence model of a youth worker in nature-based pedagogy; 4) a training for youth workers based on the competence model created; 5) a youth exchange where the youth workers can practice their new skills. How does this sound for you? Would you add something else? Would you take out something? *
