Upon submitting your application, a deposit of $500 is required to complete your application. Applications close 15 October 2025. The deposit of $500 will need to be paid to the WSJ NZ Contingent bank account:

Application Process and Refund Policy
Once your application is received, the Contingent Management Team will review all submissions and contact the referees provided (e.g., Group Leaders). For applicants to the International Service Team (IST) and Patrol Kaiārahi roles, an interview will also be conducted as part of the selection process.
Youth applicants will be notified of their application outcome earlier, with final confirmation for all accepted applicants expected around mid-November.
If your application is unsuccessful, your deposit will be refunded in full (100%).
