Kindly note:

* Please check the information given is accurate as Invoicing, Certificates and communications will be based on it.

* Upon registration, the Company / Participant is committed to make PAYMENT.

* An invoice will be issued within 5 working days of registration. Please check your spam/junkbox too.

* MICCI reserves the right to postpone/change/cancel the training due to unavoidable circumstances. A full refund will be issued in the case of CANCELLATION. We will inform at least 3 working days' prior to the program date.

* Withdrawals must be made in writing at least 5 working days before the training date subject to the decision of MICCI Management. An administrative fee of RM100 is chargeable. It would very helpful for you to obtain a replacement.

* Any withdrawals received in writing in less than 5 working days from the day of training will incur a full fee penalty as we would have incurred some costs. It would be very helpful for you to obtain a replacement.
