Application for prospective vendors of the Bronxville, Chappaqua, Hastings, Irvington, New Rochelle Grand Market and New York Botanical Gardens (NYBG) Farmers' Markets.

II. Market Information
Please note the days and dates of each market. Bronxville runs every Saturday from May 11th-November 23rd. Chappaqua runs every Saturday from May 11th- November 23rd. Hastings runs every Saturday from June 1st-November 23rd. Irvington runs every Sunday from June 2nd-November 24th. New Rochelle runs every Saturday from June 1st-October 26th. NYBG runs every Wednesday from June 12th-October 30th.

IIIB. ANIMAL FARMERS
List the breeds of all animals raised, and how each is managed
For each animal, list the breed, size of herd/flock, and indicate if it is a closed herd. Also list ALL types of feed (hay, grain, pasture, etc.), how often the animals are harvested (year-round, seasonally, directly for sale, etc.) and, on average, how long harvested meat is stored.
Farmstead Products
Please list any items produced with the farm's meat and/or dairy. For example: cheese, beef jerky, etc. For each item, list % of raw product used from your farm and % from other farms along with the other's farm name. Also list types and brands of any additional ingredients added like coagulant or rennet.
Sales outlets
Please list all outlets that account for your sales along with a %. Ex: % of sales from other Farmers Markets, % of sales from a farm stand or store, % of sales from CSA, ___ % of sales direct to restaurants, % of sales direct to schools or other institutions, % of sales made online, % of sales to wholesale distributors, % of sales direct to food processors, % sales to stores or other buyers, etc.

V. Additional Documentation Needed
Please upload or email (pascale@morningglorymarkets.com) all required documents. Certificates of Insurance, registration fees, and a signed contract will be required once you are approved for the market(s) you are applying for. Instructions for sending those documents and fees will be sent in a welcome email if you are approved no later than March 15th.
V. Misc.
Farmers: Please email a crop plan. This should be a list of your farm’s product availability, including timelines. You are welcome to include maps in addition to crop list, if you so chose but one is not necessary. Any product not listed or later added without express permission from Pascale may not be sold and can be grounds for expulsion from the market for the rest of the season. Vendors are allowed to bring other products from another farmer/producer if pre-approved by the board. This must not comprise more than 10 percent of your market sales inventory. Please make sure to list any items you would like to bring in addition to your own along with their exact provenance.

Other Vendors: Please email a list of proposed product offerings or menu items and the months they will be available for sale. Vendors are allowed to bring other products from another farmer/producer if pre-approved by the board. This must not comprise more than 10 percent of your market sales inventory.
