Join CELT, the Writing Center, and CTS for SUNY Oswego’s first annual AI symposium, “Building Oswego’s Digital Campus: AI in Action.” This campus-wide face-to-face event highlights the many ways artificial intelligence is transforming teaching, learning, operations, and student support at SUNY Oswego. You’ll hear from faculty integrating generative AI into course design, students showcasing how they’re using AI to build real-world solutions, and staff streamlining services and operations with new tools. With sessions ranging from hands-on classroom strategies to policy discussions—and real-world examples from Career Services, CTS, and Digital Services—there’s something for everyone, whether you're just beginning or already deeply engaged with AI.
The day kicks off with a welcome and update on SUNY Oswego AI initiatives, and includes breakfast, lunch, and networking opportunities. A variety of presentations and lightning talks will run throughout the day, leading to a forward-looking panel discussion on what lies ahead for AI in higher education.
