Registration fees are non-refundable or transferable to other dates and events.

Registration fees may vary between events.

It shall be the vendor's responsibility to collect tax and follow any and all tax reporting requirements.

The vendor will be set up and ready when the market opens.

Tearing down and leaving early is not allowed. Tear-down can begin at the close of the market and should be completed timely within an hour of market closing.
