Vendor Registration Form 2022- Manhattan Farmers Market
Thank you for joining us at the Manhattan Farmers Market.
 
Our 2022 Market Season is set for every Wednesday, June 22 through Wednesday Sept. 14. We will not host a market during fair on July 20th. That’s 12 weeks for the season!

Market Hours: 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM – No early sales except to other vendors
Booths Size:  10 ft. wide by 10 ft. deep.

Reserved Vendors:
Set up starting at 2:30pm
ONE TIME per season, non-refundable reservation fee (to reserve spot) = $20  
Weekly fee = $5 (Weekly fees can be paid in a lump sum at the beginning of the season OR you can pay weekly at the Manager’s booth)

Returning reserved vendor? To guarantee your same space as last year, please return this form by MAY 1st!  Submissions after this date are not guaranteed the same spot. If you want a different spot from 2021, Call (406)-282-4350 and let us know. First come - first served on open spaces!

- Early set up on market day
- The same space each week
- Reduced weekly booth fee during our regular season
- The same space or first choice at any open spaces if you want a different booth location next summer

Non-reserved Vendors:
Set up starting at 3:15pm
weekly fee = $10.00

Early registration is much appreciated for non-reserved vendors, but we will accept walk up/day of vendor registration as well. Please come to the Manager’s table for walk up registration and booth assignments. Non-Reserved booth assignments are given out at each market date.
