This form is to collect the open applications for ALL PLAYERS THAT HAVE NOT QUALIFIED for the Malaysian Nationals 2025 Event.
Filling up this form DOES NOT guarantee you a slot in the nationals. We will further contact you to confirm your slot and to collect payment of the entry fee ( this is done to due to the limitation of the number of open slots for the Nationals event). The slots opened for Nationals is 41 PLAYERS. 

THE NUMBER OF OPEN SLOTS MAY CHANGE IF A QUALIFIED PLAYER IS UNABLE TO ATTEND.

Open Registration Fee : RM265  (Payment to be made within 3 days of receiving a confirmation text from us via whatsapp to secure your slot)
