Data-related jobs present the fastest growing industry in the world, yet according to The Alan Turing Institute “In the UK, women represent 47% of the work force, yet they hold less than 17% of all available tech jobs.”

If we’re to solve the climate crisis, we need to use data. If we’re to understand and tackle inequality, we need to start with data. If we’re to save the world, we need data and we need women!

The Women in Data Society will be a brand new society, which aims to challenge the status quo by promoting gender-equality in data science and academia.

This society is for you if you would like to:
- Have access to seminars by inspirational women leading the way in AI and data science
- Level up your data analysis skills
- Find out about volunteer and job opportunities
- Join a diverse network and connect with students
