The participation fee for - all concerts- all workshops- opening and closing ceremonies- reception from the City of Bergen- local transportation- hotel accommodation in double room from May 9 to May 13, 2018 (4 nights)- breakfast at the hotel is € 395.00 per person.There is an additional charge of € 100 for those who require single rooms. Payment/deposit:As soon as your application/registration is accepted, the organizers will confirm and ask you to pay a deposit of 50% of the full price by December 1st, 2017. The banking details will be communicated together with the invoicing.The balance is payable before April 1st, 2018.
Cancellation and refund policy:The organizers reserve the right to cancel the event before April 1, 2018. In this case, 95% of the deposit will be refunded.In case a participating orchestra or an individual musician cancels its registration before January 1st, 2018, the full deposit will be refunded. If the cancellation reaches the organizers between January 1st and March 31, 2018, 75% of the deposit will be refunded. There is no refund for cancellations after April 1st 2018.If the participation of part of the members of a registered orchestra or orchestra delegation is cancelled, this cancellation has to be announced by the leader of the orchestra and the refund policy described above will apply proportionately.
InsuranceIllness and accident insurance as well as travel and instrument insurance are the sole responsibility of the participants. The organizers formally decline all liabilities in this respect.Make sure that personal insurance covers the stay abroad in the countries you visit on your trip.
