We have been told by streets expert Victor Dover that you can move more cars, more orderly at the speed of 30 mph than at 45 mph – can we see data to support that claim?

Will narrowing the twin pairs affect evacuation during a hurricane?

My neighborhood is adjacent to the Twin Pairs and I am concerned about diverting traffic. I have heard this will not be a problem, but could you expand on that and give me more concrete reassurance?

Brightline is already running 32 trains a day through this area. We hear this will have a negligible impact on traffic. Have there been studies conducted? Where can we see those results?

How does this study intersect with the downtown master plan and the downtown retail study as part of a comprehensive plan vs. individual project silos?

Recently when Bob Gibbs was presenting his retail findings, Monte Falls asked him whether he felt it would be more important to create more sidewalks or create more parking spots. Gibbs favored sidewalks to promote a vibrant shopping district. Can we see a plan that focuses on sidewalks over parking?

Can we see three different scenarios with projected costs prior to the December 12 vote?

What are the implications of reducing lanes and using it for expanded sidewalks instead of additional parking?

There is concern about a growing population. Have your models taken this into account? Could you tell us more about how these models work?

I have heard that other cities around the U.S. have undone similar twin one-way roads. Could you provide us with data about successful examples?

The community is very concerned that our population is not adept at parallel parking. You note that the proposed spaces will be much wider than traditional parking spots. Can you point to a community that successfully implemented these? Or why that 10 foot depth will make it easier/safer?

We hear there are many places to get funding for the project (Complete Streets, grants etc.) Could you tell us more about these programs and how to pursue them and other funding sources so our citizens don’t bear the burden of these costs with increased taxes?

Could you tell us more about the "85th percentile rule" used to determine speed limits? Strong Towns tells us this is an effective strategy for roads but not streets. What exactly is a road? A street? And what is a stroad?

What about creating a super block downtown on 14th Avenue and closing off traffic so there could be more dining and strolling?

With all this talk about speeding – can’t we invest in cameras/technologies? Would that be more cost effective than policing?

Isn’t there enough parking at the courthouse parking lot? Would the city be willing to invest in better lighting and wayfinding the way they do in Naples? Would that solve the parking problem?

Can you assure me that the traffic studies done during the off-season account for not only seasonal increases in traffic but for future traffic as well?

Eastbound shows 22 parking stalls; all but 5 are located beyond 17th Avenue. Will this impact business district parking?

I've heard roughly 20 of the 29 Westbound parking stalls would mostly favor the courthouse were parking is readily available in a neighboring garage. Is this an efficient use of space?

One estimate of the 51 parking stalls says that only 14 or 27.5% will have a direct impact curbside on future or current business parking. Is this realistic and/or accurate?

What does Kimley-Horn think of the following compromise?: widen sidewalks to promote “strolling” and incorporate enhanced signage to current parking and on-demand traffic signals.
