The Business Student Evaluation Form is the shadower's chance to provide feedback to the instructor(s) regarding student performance and engagement throughout the job shadow experience.  After a student completes the job shadow, please complete the following evaluation form as honestly and completely as possible.  The feedback will be shared with the students to help coach them on future experiences.  If you have any immediate safety or concerns please feel free to send me and email directly or contact the school at 712-246-4727.
