Xfund Fellowship Tracks

The Xfund Fellowship is designed to empower the next generation of entrepreneurs, investors, and community builders by providing hands-on experience, mentorship, and access to a world-class network. We offer three distinct tracks:

  • Analyst Track: Work alongside the Xfund investment team to develop new theses, source innovative startups, and gain exposure to venture capital decision-making and due diligence processes.
  • Builder Track: For founders and prospective entrepreneurs actively building or looking to pursue a startup idea or project

Special Initiatives

One of the core responsibilities of an Xfund Fellow is to identify, launch, and lead initiatives that strengthen the entrepreneurship ecosystems.

Past fellows have built and owned projects such as:

  • Startups@Harvard, a grant program supporting student founders at Harvard
  • GovLab at the Institute of Politics
  • Special engagements with athlete-entrepreneurs and unconventional founders

Fellows design them, recruit participants, build partnerships, and run them end-to-end.
