GC Tri 2015 Board of Directors Nominations
It's time to nominate members for the 2015 Board.

The Board of Directors (BOD) will consist of five elected voting members.  The board will meet approximately once a month from February through September, and every other month in the off season.  Other meetings will be called as necessary as the group sees fit.  

All 2014 paying/waivered members are allowed to participate in the nomination and election that will follow.  You may self nominate or nominate a fellow member.

Nominations close on Friday November 21st at 5PM EST.

Committee leaders are non-elected positions which you will be able to volunteer for during the election.  Elections will be open between November 24th and December 4th, so that the new board can be announced at the holiday party.

Enter your nomination for President
The President shall preside over all meetings of the Board of Directors and of the general membership.   The President will give direction for the management of all business of the club, and give direction to the board and committee members to facilitate all operations of the club.

The Secretary shall keep the minutes of all meetings of the board of directors and the minutes of all meetings of members.

The CFO shall prepare a yearly budget and submit to the BOD for approval.  The CFO will be in charge of the management of all club funds, preparing any tax returns, and coordinating all club spending with the BOD and officers.

At large board members will have voting rights.  These members can, but are not required, to be chair of one of the club committees.
