1. Lamination service requests must be for content related to school, department and school district only. Requests for non-District related content is prohibited.
Lamination Service Request Procedures
1. This form must be used for all lamination service requests. Hard copies of this form will not be accepted.
2. Complete all sections of the UDSD Lamination Services Request Form. Write "n/a" as applicable.
3. All items must be interofficed to the Media Services office located at the Upper Darby High School.
4. All items must have a hard copy of the completed form included. Reminder: This is only a copy of the form. All requests must be submitted electronically through the UDSD Lamination Services Request Form.
5. All items need to be lamination-ready. Materials will be laminated in the condition in which they are received. Cut items before submitting a request for items to be laminated.
6. Please remove all tape, staples, paper clips, or any other protruding item from the material so that it will not damage the lamination roller.
7. Items that are too think or have a gloss finish may not seal properly.
8. All lamination service requests require 2-3 business days. Custom sizes may require extra time. Submissions will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is no “Same Day” lamination service available.
Laminated Materials Delivery Procedures
1. Completed orders will be interofficed to your school/department to your attention.
