The LNVH (Dutch Network for Women Professors) are pleased to introduce to you our set of conversation cards, designed to contribute to positive change within the academic community. These conversation cards, inspired by the advisory report ‘Social Safety in Dutch Academia. From Paper to Practice’, published by the Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts and Sciences (KNAW, 2022), are developed by the Dutch Network of Women Professors (LNVH) with the belief that each one of us, regardless of our position, can play a role in improving psychological safety within our universities.
