What specific skills would you bring to a community organized $3.1M capital project involving a membership capital assessment, facility rebuild, and a 50-year ground lease? *

3. Navigating a tough tradeoff Describe a time you had to help a group make a pragmatic decision under real constraints (limited money, limited time, or competing interests). What was the tradeoff, and how did you help the group land on a decision rather than get stuck? *
4. Working through disagreement Boards don't always agree, and this one is about to make some high-stakes calls (long term lease, capital assessment range, campaign deadline). When you've been part of a group that disagreed on something important, how did you handle it — and how do you make sure a disagreement doesn't damage the working relationship afterward? *
5. Time, motivation, and fit What's driving your interest in joining now, and how much time can you realistically commit over the next 6–12 months?
