Warranty Policy
This product is intended for repeated use by a single user and should not be shared among users as it may present health risks or affect its performance that voids the warranty. This product is warranted by Hegen Pte Ltd to the original retailer purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for period of 1 year from date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse or abuse, alteration, improper maintenance and connected to improper power supply.

All components except the Breast Pump Device and Power Adapter are not covered by warranty. Hegen Pte Ltd retains the rights to repair and/or replace the product, subject to availability.

All returns and exchange will take place on-site at Hegen Pte Ltd or our Authorised Distributor. Purchaser will bear the cost for returning the product. On-site warranty service, if applicable, applies only in Singapore for purchases made locally.
