COVID-19 NEIGHBORHOOD HELP - Providence Ward 3 (Mt. Hope, Summit, Blackstone, Collyer Park, Observatory)
Connecting neighbors who are at risk during COVID-19 (whether you're a senior citizen, immune-compromised, or otherwise) with volunteers to help.
This is a cooperative, free service organized rapidly by a multitude of Ward 3 neighborhood non-profits, elected officials, and individual volunteers.
If you are having trouble with this form, please call 401-331-1244 where someone can take down your information for you. This phone assistance is graciously provided by Jewish Community Services.
As always, call 911 for any emergency, or 211 for the United Way information line.
