Crafty Historian: Air-Dry Clay creation
Saturday July 20, 2-19 10:30am - 12:30pm
Working with Air-Dry clay is a fun and creative activity. You'll have a choice in making small pendants or a larger, flat project with imprinted designs. Since Air-Dry clay takes 3 days to dry, you'll also learn how to finish your creation by using one or two small pieces already made to see which method you would like to use on your creation.
We are using a home-made air dry clay that is smooth and white (you'll get directions in case you want to make some at home!).
This activity is recommended for ages 6 and up (ages 6-8 might need adult help).
Fee has yet to be determined, but it will be no less than $5 or no more than $10 for each crafter. (Grown ups can create as a crafter or may just be a chaperone/helper). There is a limit of 12 crafters. If demand is high, we might schedule a second session.
This online reservation saves your spot so we have enough supplies for everyone. Please get your reservation in by JULY 17. Once your have reserved, you will receive a confirmation email.
