2. Once you have completed the form an invoice will be sent to you via email from the CVN Treasurer.
(This will not be immediately as it is not automatic.)
3. Use the invoice options to pay the registration fees.
- Using the account transfer option incurs 0 fees for CVN. Other options are also available.

Fees for the 2025-2026 season:
High School - $400
Middle School - $400
CVN registration fee will cover:
- Regular season race registration fees
- Wax
- Coach Pay
- Coach Training
- Coach USSS certification
- Training trip (food, lodging, van rental, gas, ski passes)
- Cost of conference bus
- State Sprint fee
- State Distance fee
- Summer training (no extra cost at this time)
- Misc office/clerical fees (mailchimp, quickbooks)
CVN registration fee will NOT cover:
- Lodging at state sprint
- Lodging at state distance (condos)
- HS trip to Rhinelander
