Openbay is seeking high-energy Inside Sales Representatives to join our rapidly growing team to promote and sell our SaaS and marketplace products to automotive service providers. In this revenue-generating role, you will own the entire sales process from initial inbound lead contact through close. This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated, self-starters to join a hyper-growth sales team.
What You’ll Do
• Drive our SaaS sales process by engaging with prospective customers and driving the negotiation and close of the sale within a week sale cycle. • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining daily and weekly activity metrics.• Engage with qualified potential business customers via phone and email, perform online product demonstrations, and conduct other activities to build our customer base and company revenue.• Leverage HubSpot CRM to track and prioritize sales activities and build/update our customer and prospect database.• Manage administrative issues related to account billing, refunds, and disputes as necessary.

Our ideal candidate has:• Passionate desire to exceed goals and achieve consistent results.• Ability to listen, earn trust, persuade, consult, and confidently close sales with customers.• Organized sales approach and handles rejection with resilience.• Outstanding written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.• Excellent computer skills with ability to expertly navigate between CRM and online meetings and demo sites.• Previous inside sales experience preferable, but not required.• Flexibility working outside of normal hours in order to close deals.• A multi-tasker with the ability to wear many hats in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.• Previous experience with CRM systems like HubSpot or salesforce, a plus.
